The hotel room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The hotel was located in a quiet area, enabling guests to sleep peacefully. the free parking was helpful for those traveling by car.
The hotel was located far from the main tourist areas, making it difficult to visit the city's attractions. The surrounding area lacked dining and entertainment options.

Good breakfast and free parking for the car The location was not so great but there is a bus to the city and the bus stationa is near the hotel. You have to take the bus for 10 minutes and than the subway (3 stations) for going to the city center.
No wifi in the rooms, no hot water during the morning. The hotel seems to host groups of young children’s on school that are very noisy, especially during the breakfast and dinner. One of them sneeze over the food and fruit salad ;) I was traveling with my wife and they offer me a twin room instead of a double rooms as it was booked. I asked for another room but the hotel stuff tried to join the beds in the twin room. Afterward, they gave me another room with no AC, a damaged window that was impossible to be closed (outside temperature in the night was 6-80C) and the room heating was not working. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 stars.

Staff are very helpful. Great public transport connection - a metro station is in front of the hotel.

Great value for money. The hotel room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance to a few local restaurants.
The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions and city center. The front desk staff could have been more friendly and accommodating.

For Prague breakfast was pretty good: Rolls, bread, cornflakes, eggs, sausages, sweets, juice, cheese and ham, tea, coffee, .... Bus stop to the city was just next to the hotel.
Sometimes the staff was really rude. We had the feeling that they jsut didn't want to help as reserving a table at a restaurant in the city. Also, the staff at the receptions seemed to be unorganized.

Very clean hotel staff smart and efficent but English needs to be improved with general staff. No hot drink facilities in the rooms as a Four star hotel i expected at least been able to make a hot drink after a long journey . Lighting in rooms poor not able to read at desk only by bedside lamps.
I asked for a double room but on a arrival found two single beds pushed together. No hot drink facilities.Poor lighting in room.

This is a communist era congress hotel. The lobby is modern and stylish but the deeper you go into the hotel the more tired the facilities become. The window frames in our room were rotting away. The rooms however are reasonably spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is situated a few miles from the centre. The hotel will only use one taxi firm. We paid 22 euro for a taxi to central Prague in the afternoon and only 12 Euro at night when we chose our own taxi. Use AAA taxis.

- Dirty rooms and old broken furniture (windows were certainly about 20 - 30years old!!!) - air conditioning in room did not work - poor breakfast (sausage taste like paper, no vegetables!) - not enought parking placeses - away from city centre (10min bus + 15min metro) - you must pay at arriving !! - expensive lobby bar (1 beer (0.5L) = 70CZK; in city center 1 beer = 32 ~45 CZK! - I WILL NOT COME AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL!

The restaurant at all times was simply rubbish. The rest of the hotel in each and every corner apart of the rooms and the restaurant people where allowd to smoke all over the place starting from the lobby and it was a feeling that we are in a big Bar

The Layout of the room was excellent ..., for a 3 bed room. The View from the 8th Floor was absorbing showing the Zizkov Tower.
The Food Could have been better ..., even for a budget hotel ...., if the Hotel had room safes ..., it would have been a real convenience, somewhere safe to leave money and passports.

The staff was quite unhelpful. Even though I had the reservation the lady at the reception wanted to move me to another hotel; as I chose the hotel due to location I had to argue with her. Breakfast was very poor.
